In the attic of the inn, some men help a younger one getting dressed up as 'Ziripot', one of the main characters in those carnival festivities. Lantz (Navarre) February 9, 2016. These is a long-standing rural tradition in which the forces of good and evil confront each other in a symbolic battle, during which the thirst for justice stirs up public rage . It is  the most famous traditional carnival festivity  in Navarre. In the 60's it was to dessapear, but they got well known after Caro Baroja brothers filmed them in 1964.
