A person dressed up as a tree takes part at the carnival of Zubieta on January, 31st 2006, Basque Country. Joaldun groups take part in the carnival at the villages of Ituren and Zubieta carrying sheep furs and big cowbells on their backs to wake up the earth, looking for a good new year, a good harvest and to keep away the bad spirits..
