A man dressed up with a bull mask protest on July 5th, 2002 in Pamplona against annual bull fighting and running of the bulls that are celebrated every year from July 7th through July 14th during San Fermin festivities, Basque Country. On each day of the eight San Fermin festival days six bulls are released at 8:00 a.m. (0600 GMT) to run from their corral through the narrow, cobbled streets of the old navarre town over an 850-meter (yard) course. Ahead of them are the runners, who try to stay close to the bulls without falling over or being gored. The demonstration was organized by the pro animal and anti bullfighting association People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). (Ander Gillenea / Bostok Photo)
